Planning a Seasonal Order

Winter headwear is ordered to a deadline, not to a mood. Working backwards from your retail or shipping date, the sequence looks like this:

• Day 0 — confirm the style, yarn, colour and branding method, and place the sample order
• Days 5–7 — the pre-production sample is ready; you approve it (or request one revision round)
• Days 7–10 — the order is confirmed, the deposit is paid, and the yarn is allocated
• Days 10–35 — bulk production runs 15–25 days on the line
• Then shipping by air or sea, depending on your arrival date

MOQ, Quality & Shipping

MOQ is 100 pieces per style. Because our standard winter yarns are held in stock, a colour change or a patch addition on an existing style is the fastest and cheapest way into a custom winter programme. Unit prices step down at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000 pieces.

Every finished hat is inspected 100% before packing — yarn colour consistency, patch or embroidery placement, stitch density and measurements. We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx, air or sea freight, with photo documentation of goods and cartons before dispatch.
