Bulk production is 15–25 days after sample approval and deposit, with unit price breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000 pieces.

The newsboy cap is a shape-critical style: the panel seams must meet cleanly at the top button, the crown must sit symmetrically, and the brim must curve consistently.
