MOQ, Quality & Shipping

MOQ is 100 pieces per style for fully custom sun hats and visors. Our standard sun styles already run in multiple colourways, so a colour change or a logo addition on an existing style is the fastest way to a small custom run. Sampling takes 5–7 days; bulk production is 15–25 days after sample approval and deposit, with unit price breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000 pieces.

The quality of a sun hat shows in the brim: whether it holds its shape, whether the edge finish is clean, and whether the top-stitch spacing is consistent around the curve. Our QC inspects brim shape, edge finish, neck-flap and cord function, decoration placement and measurements on 100% of finished goods before packing. We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx, air or sea freight, and sun hats pack compactly relative to their visual size, which keeps freight costs reasonable.
