Vector files work best: AI, PDF or EPS. High-resolution PNG (300 dpi or above) is also acceptable. If you only have a photo or a rough sketch, our design team can redraw and digitize your logo for embroidery or printing — just send what you have.

Yes. Every order includes a pre-production sample or a design mock-up for approval. Mass production starts only after you confirm the sample. This is standard for all OEM/ODM orders at no extra risk to you.

Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share designs or branding details. Your designs, molds and artwork belong to you and are never shared with other customers.

We support EXW, FOB and other terms by negotiation. For first-time buyers, door-to-door courier delivery (DDP-style via courier) is the simplest option — you receive the hats without dealing with customs paperwork.

Shipping depends on weight, volume, destination and method. Once your order details are confirmed, we quote the exact freight cost — or your own freight forwarder can pick up from our factory.

We accept bank transfer (T/T) and PayPal for samples and small orders. Payment terms for bulk orders are confirmed in the proforma invoice. All payments go through official company channels — we never ask for card details on the website.
