Fabric & Material Options

The crown fabric decides how the cap drapes, how it takes embroidery and how it ages. We keep a deep stock of the materials most buyers use, which is what allows a 100-piece minimum instead of a 500-piece one.

• 100% cotton twill — the industry default, 6 oz to 10 oz, prints and embroiders cleanly
• Brushed cotton — soft, slightly brushed hand feel, ideal for unstructured and washed caps
• Canvas — heavier and more rigid, holds a structured crown without buckram
• Cotton/polyester blends — better shape retention and colour fastness on dark shades
• Polyester mesh — the back panel of trucker-style builds
• Performance and recycled polyester — for sport and eco-positioned ranges

Customization Options

Every element of the cap is variable. Tell us what you want to change and we will quote it directly — there is no need to accept a stock configuration.

• Structure — structured (buckram backing), semi-structured, or unstructured "dad cap" softness
• Panels — 5-panel, 6-panel, or multi-panel construction
• Brim — flat, pre-curved, or curved with 3-stitch, 4-stitch or 8-stitch detailing
• Closure — plastic snapback, metal buckle, velcro strap, elastic band, or fitted
• Logo — 3D puff embroidery, flat embroidery, chenille, woven or leather patch, screen printing, heat transfer

MOQ, Sampling & Lead Time

Our MOQ is 100 pieces per style for fully customized baseball caps, and this applies to OEM builds as well as logo-only customization on stock styles. Smaller quantities can occasionally be negotiated for simple logo work on styles we already run — ask us and we will tell you honestly.

Sampling takes 5–7 days after the design, artwork and materials are confirmed. Bulk production runs 15–25 days after the sample is approved and the deposit is received, depending on quantity and the number of decoration positions. Unit prices step down as quantity rises, typically at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000 pieces.
