Every finished cap passes a 100% inspection — panel alignment, embroidery or print centring, strap function, stitch density and measurements — before packing. We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx, air or sea freight and provide photo documentation of goods and cartons.

Can you produce two-tone or multi-colour panel camp caps?
Yes — colour-blocked panels are the defining feature of the style. Panel colours are chosen at sampling, and we can combine different fabrics (for example a nylon front with a cotton side panel) if you want a mixed-texture build.
Is a camp cap the same as a 5-panel cap?
They overlap heavily. A camp cap is generally a 5-panel cap with a short soft brim, an unstructured crown and often a strap at the back. When a buyer asks for a 5-panel cap, we clarify the brim length, crown structure and closure, because those are what distinguish one 5-panel from another.
