A bucket hat is a soft, unstructured shape held together by the fabric and the top-stitch. The material choice matters more here than on a structured cap.

MOQ, Sampling & Lead Time
MOQ is 100 pieces per style for fully custom bucket hats. Our standard bucket designs already run in six colourways, so a colourway change or a logo addition on an existing style is the fastest and cheapest way to get a small custom run made.
Sampling is 5–7 days from confirmation. Bulk production is 15–25 days after sample approval and deposit. As with all our styles, unit prices step down at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000 pieces.
Quality & Production Notes
The visible quality of a bucket hat lives in the top-stitch around the brim and crown. Inconsistent stitch spacing is what makes a cheap bucket hat look cheap, and it is the first thing we inspect. Our QC team checks the fabric before cutting, monitors the stitching during assembly, and carries out a 100% finished-goods inspection — stitch spacing, logo accuracy, colour consistency and measurements — before packing.
Because the shape is soft and lightweight, bucket hats pack compactly and ship economically. We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx, air or sea freight and provide photo documentation of the goods and cartons.
