We are a hat manufacturer and exporter based in Houjie Town, Dongguan — the center of China's headwear industry. What we do
Every order is produced in our own facility in Dongguan — not brokered to third parties. That means one team is responsible for your hats from sample development to final inspection: cutting, embroidery, printing, sewing, labeling and packing under one roof.

How an order works
1 · Inquiry & Quote
Send us your design, target quantity and destination. We reply with pricing, material options and a sampling plan within 24 hours on working days.
2 · Sampling (5–7 days)
We make a pre-production sample with your logo and requested materials. The sample is photographed and checked with you before bulk production starts.
3 · Bulk Production
Four production lines run cutting, embroidery, sewing and finishing. A 50–500 pcs order typically ships in 2–3 weeks; larger runs are scheduled line by line.
4 · QC & Shipping
Every finished hat is inspected before packing. We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx or sea freight, with full photo documentation of goods and cartons.
